Experience

     Since 2007, Ms. Lauren Luck has concentrated her practice on civil litigation, taking and defending dozens of depositions and representing clients from the pre-suit investigation stage through mediation and trial.  Typical cases involve commercial/business disputes, real estate law, landlord/tenant law, creditor/investor work, community association law (condominium law and homeowners' association law), insurance disputes, employment litigation, and personal injury law.  She also provides advice to corporations, condominium associations/HOAs, limited liability companies, and partnerships concerning vendors, contracts, statutory compliance, and general corporate governance.
