      This privacy policy applies to information collected online from visitors to this website ( owned by McKellar Poursine, PLLC (“MP, LLC”).  When you visit MP, LLC’s website, this law firm comes into possession of certain personal information about you (“Personal Data”) and becomes the “controller” of that information for purposes of data protection laws.  In this policy, you can learn what kind of Personal Data we collect, when and how we might use that information, and how we protect that information.

     B.      Ways to Correct and/or Delete Personal Data and and/or Avoid Future Communications

III.          Jurisdiction and Choice of Venue
